Ms. Gardnerhas been practicing law since 1988. Ms. Gardneris a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She received her B.A., "magna cum laude", from Regis College and her law degree, "cum laude", from Suffolk University Law School. Ms. Gardneris a member of both the Massachusetts and Rhode Island bars.

Ms. Harvey's efforts are focused as a disability attorney, and on the needs of our premier elder attorneys.

Ms. Gardnerhas worked pro bono for more than ten years preparing estate and guardianship plans for clients of both the AIDS Action Committee and the Home Hospice of Whidden Memorial Hospital. She is an active volunteer with Friends of Beverly School for the Deaf, and is a founder and director of North East Center for Conductive Education, which provides innovative therapy for children with cerebral palsy.

Ms. Gardneris a surrogate for her own son, and is a long-time advocate for the right of persons with disabilities. Ms. Gardneris a member of the PCA Workforce Council (Personal Care Attendant Workforce Council) and the North Shore Agina and Disability Resource Consortium.
