It provides practitioners with the substantive law relating to Medicaid eligibility, including recent major changes in Medicaid negotiation. The program also includes discussions of Medicare, long-term care insurance, and the use of durable powers of attorney and health care proxies as planning tools for incapacity. Joshua M.
