Ms. Gardnerhas been practicing law since 1988. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Regis College and her law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. Ms. Gardneris a member of both the Massachusetts and Rhode Island bars. She has spent her legal career litigating civil and probate matters, particularly those relating to employment and civil rights, fiduciary disputes and guardianship matters. Ms. Gardneralso worked pro bono for more than ten years preparing estate and guardianship plans for clients of both the AIDS Action Committee and the Home Hospice of Whidden Memorial Hospital. Ms. Gardneris a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is an active volunteer with Friends of Beverly School for the Deaf, and is a founder and Director of North East Center for Conductive Education, which provides innovative therapy for children with cerebral palsy.
